Public Notice to Property Owners and Occupants City of Karlstad

To maintain accurate property assessments, the Kittson County Assessor’s Office is in the process of revaluing all property within the City of Karlstad. Appraisal staff will be out reviewing the City of Karlstad between the months of June-October. This will include an exterior review, which consists of measuring all buildings and taking pictures for our records. If the property owner is available, we will request an interior review. This information will help determine an accurate market value of your property. Appraisal staff will be wearing Kittson County photo identification and will leave a yellow door tag identifying they were at the property.
